The Working Group to monitor the elections for the dean and directors-general of the IFSP, through the advisory of the office of the rectory, launched this Thursday (13th) Communiqué 01 to the Local Electoral Commissions. Access here.

The deadline for the formation of Local Electoral Commissions (CELs) ends this Friday, August 14. On the same day, an ordinance with the composition of the commissions for each campus will be published.

O Communication informs that next Monday (17), from 14 pm to 18 pm, there will be a general meeting with the CELs. By 12 noon, all members of the commissions will receive, through their e-mails, the links for participation. In addition to the chosen platform, the meeting will also use YouTube so that everyone can follow up and answer questions.

Substitutes will follow on YouTube and will be able to send questions that will be answered by those responsible for organizing these composition processes. According to the document, this format was chosen by the potential number of participants, which is 327 members, plus 327 alternates.

At the meeting, the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) will be formed, whose members will be chosen from among the members of the local commissions. The CEC consists of nine members and nine alternates, equally distributed among the teaching, administrative and student segments.
