Documents must be sent in PDF format to IFASS SIASS Units

The IFSP Assistant Directorate for Personnel Development (DADP) published today (18) the Communiqué 03/2020, which deals with the sending of certificates through digital means. As of September, IFSP will participate in a pilot project of the Ministry of Economy, called Web Certificate. The initiative aims to facilitate the procedure for the delivery of medical certificates by servers to SIASS Units.

For the effective implementation of the system within the scope of the IFSP, it will be necessary to adopt some measures to regularize the pending delivery certificates, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. For this reason, two institutional e-mails were created for the exclusive receipt of certificates, in digital format, they are:  - the Server's Health Care Coordination (CSS-DGP), and  - the Coordination of Health Care and Quality of Life of Personnel (CASPDGP).

The digitalized certificates, in PDF format, must be sent by the servers, by institutional e-mail, to the SIASS Unit to which your capacity campuses belong, as stated in the Communication. Such documents, in addition to complying with the requirements of the Official Health Expertise Manual of the Federal Public Servant, must be legible and organized in chronological order (from oldest to most current), so that they can be considered.

The pending delivery certificates, as well as those dealing with removals as of the publication of the Communication, must be forwarded by August 31. Certificates with leave from August 27, on the other hand, must be sent within five days from the date of issue, also in digital format.

It is the server's responsibility to keep the original documents for the entire period in their custody, as the IFSP may request their presentation, as well as summon the server to be submitted to the official examination, in due course.
