How to place an order
Requests for access to information must be registered through the Fala.BR system https://fala.cgu.gov.br. The system works 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
The deadline for handling requests for access to information is 20 calendar days, extendable for another 10 days, if justified by the respondent. After receiving the answer, the user will be able to appeal in 1st instance within 10 calendar days after receipt and the IFSP will have five calendar days to respond. If necessary, the user may appeal in the 2nd instance if he considers the response of the first appeal to be unsatisfactory, with the IFSP also having five days to respond to the appeal.
Even so, it is possible to appeal to the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU) in the 3rd instance, in the event that the IFSP's response is not considered adequate and, ultimately, to the Joint Information Reevaluation Commission, if you disagree with the decision rendered by the CGU.
ATTENTION: Before registering your order in the system, check if the information you want is already available on this portal or on the portals of campus of the IFSP. It is possible to consult responses to requests already made to the IFSP [or to other bodies] and check if the data or information you need has already been made available previously. To perform the search, access the E-SIC consultation and enter a keyword related to the subject of your request in the search field, then choose the IFSP in the "Organ" field, and you can also define the type of decision.
