The IFSP statute is the normative instrument of control, endorsed by Resolution No. 1, of August 31, 2009, of the Superior Council. Amended by Resolution No. 872, of June 04, 2013, and by Resolution No. 8, of February 04, 2014.
Didactic Organization
The Didactic Organization of the courses offered by the IFSP is in line with the Law of Directives and Bases of National Education (LDB), Law no. 9.394, of December 20, 1996, its regulations, Opinions, the National Curricular Guidelines and the Institutional Development Plan (PDI), and will govern all didactic-pedagogical-administrative procedures of all fields of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo.

PDI
The Institutional Development Plan (PDI) is a document that defines the Institution's mission and strategies to achieve the goals and objectives, covering a period of five years. The elaboration of the Pedagogical Political Project and its Didactic-Pedagogical Organization is part of the PDI.

Ordinances
Ordinances are internal administrative acts by which authorities issue general or special determinations to their subordinates, with a view to the enforcement of laws and services, designate servers for secondary functions and positions, also serving to apply disciplinary measures and open investigations and administrative processes. Despite an internal act, the effects of the Ordinance can reach the external public, as is the case of those that fix rates, among others.

PSI
The IFSP Information Security Policy (PSI) is the document that supports the Institute's information protection activities and proposes a plan for improving information security in accordance with ISO / IEC 27005: 2005.
This document has the specific objective of establishing procedures and recommendations to prevent and respond to security incidents.

Management report is the instrument that presents to the public and, in particular to the control bodies, the actions developed by the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo - IFSP. Check below the reports made by the IFSP in different years.

General Regulations
The General Regulations govern the organization, competences and functioning of the IFSP's deliberative, consultative, administrative and academic bodies, complementing its Statute. Approved by Resolution No. 871, of June 4, 2013 and amended by Resolution No. 7, of February 4, 2014.
