- Verify the regulations issued by the control bodies (Federal Comptroller General - CGU and Federal Audit Court - TCU), as well as the Communications of the Integrated Human Resources Management System - SIAPE and propose the implementation within the scope of the Federal Institute of São Paulo;

- Carry out the retroactive financial entry related to systemic movements (Functional progressions - teaching and administrative, Alteration of the working day, Release of disgusting / gala / paternity licenses (discount of the transport allowance, if any)) in the payroll of all servers of the Federal Institute of São Paulo, with the exception of campuses with this decentralized activity;
- Assist the Personnel Management Compliance Coordination, with regard to the activities inherent to this Coordination, to answer the Audit Trails of the General Controllership of the Union - CGU, Preventive Audits (Ministry of Planning, Development and Management - MPDG) and Internal Audits ;
- Assist the Legislation and Norms Coordination, in what concerns the activities inherent to this Coordination, to answer the diligences presented by the Federal Court of Accounts - TCU;
- Updating the payroll of substitute / temporary teachers, as well as inactive employees and temporary / lifetime pension beneficiaries, in view of the salary increases provided for in the Law;
- Inclusion / Changes / Exclusions of alimony;
- To determine the amount generated from functional terminations (vacancy due to exoneration or possession in another non-cumulative position; termination or termination of the employment contract of substitute or temporary professors). If there is a need to refund the purse, forward it to the Personnel Management Compliance Coordination.
- Assist the Deputy Directorate of Personnel Registration and Payment, regarding the support to the doubts of the Campus Personnel Management Coordinators, for the development of activities now decentralized by the Rectory;
