Law professor Ademar Bernardes Pereira Junior, from the São João da Boa Vista Campus, will be live today (24) to present the Ordinance no. 3.203 / 20, which approves norms and copyrights for the Institute's open education resources. The live will be broadcast at 17 pm by IFSP channel on Youtube.

The questions sent by the chat tool will be answered by the teacher, who is the editor of the ordinance project.

Video - Ademar provided a video lesson with guidelines for teachers to protect their works in the activities available online. The idea came up with the social isolation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, when the need to make content available in distance education became a reality. Lattes - Doctor in Education, Master in Social Policies, graduated in Letters and Law, specialist in Portuguese Language and Public Law. He is Professor of Law at IFSP, Campus São João da Boa Vista. Lawyer (OAB / MG 175.198). He taught the subjects of Labor Law, Public Law, Consumer Law, Social Security Law, Tax Law, Commercial Law, Legal Language and Legal Philosophy. He has experience in Administrative Law and Public Law at the federal and municipal levels. He was Coordinator of PROCON in the city of Machado / MG (2009-2010), Economic and Financial Coordinator and Ombudsman of IFSULDEMINAS. Develops work in the area of ​​Professional Education, Educational Law, Educational Public Policies, Gender and Diversity and Human Rights.
