Participate in the public consultation on teleworking at IFSP

Dean's Office Institutional Development (PRD) provides a public consultation on the draft regulation for the Implementation of the Telework Program Management Program at IFSP. Contributions will be received by April 30.  

The draft aims to collect contributions to establish the guidelines, criteria and general procedures to be observed by the campus and relative rectorys program implementation de teleworking, provided for in Normative Instruction 65/2020 ME / SEDG / SGDP, within the scope of the IFSP.  

The document was prepared by the Deputy Board of Directors of Campuses Piracicaba and has been revised by the People Management Directorate of PRD. 

After the consolidation and analysis of the contributions sent until April 30th through the form https://forms.gle/VgLraxCTq28n7zLL6, will be released umthe updated version of the draft, just like thethe next steps to be taken. 

Teleworking is subject to authorization by the Minister of State, as established in Normative Instruction 65/2020. In this way, after contributions from IFSP employees, the draft will be submitted to the Ministry of Education.  

PRD's People Management Director, Guilherme Oliveira Leite, explains that today IFSP employees are doing Remote Work due to the state of public health emergency resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. He points out that consultation and subsequent implementation of the Management Program in teleworking at the IFSP did not haveem relationship with emergency measures taken to combat the spread of the new Coronavirus.
