This section gathers and disseminates data from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo (IFSP) in order to facilitate access to public information, as determined by the Access to Information Law [Law No. 12.527, of November 18, 2011] and its regulatory decree [Decree No. 7.724, of May 16, 2012].

The Access to Information Law is intended to ensure the fundamental constitutional right of citizens to access public information.

The IFSP information disclosed in the sub-items of this section presents data and information in active transparency. Information that is not available on the IFSP portals may be required by requesting access to information on Citizen Information Service (SIC).
