Note of regret

The Federal Institute of São Paulo regrets the death of Mr. Ângelo Perugini, current mayor of the city of Hortolândia, on 01/04/2021.

Ângelo Perugini was elected to command the city four times and was one of those responsible for implementing the IFSP campus in the municipality, in addition to being a supporter of academic activities, contributing to the realization of projects and partnerships, as well as to the achievement of parliamentary amendments .

The IFSP deeply regrets this loss due to the lack of control of the Covid-19 pandemic and is in solidarity with family members.
