IFSP distributes 24.850 food kits to students

The kits are distributed through the IFSP campuses, and the latest lots are being delivered

Among the actions taken to mitigate the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, also considering its economic and social effects, the IFSP acquired 24.850 food kits in the total amount of R $ 1.975.832,40, through resources from the National School Feeding Program (PNAE).

The Pro-Rector of Administration, José Roberto da Silva, highlights the work of the Working Group for the acquisition of inputs and equipment to combat the covid-19, established by Ordinance no.o 1318, of March 31, 2020, and thanks the nutritionists of the IFSP, for the preparation of the description of the kits, and José Roberto Alves Vidal, driver of the São Paulo Campus.

Eduardo Modena, dean of the IFSP, highlights that this is one of the many actions carried out by the IFSP to reduce the impacts of the pandemic, made possible by the dedication of the servants and servants who contribute to the Institution fulfilling its social function.
