The IFSP Center for Gender and Sexuality Studies (Nugs) publishes the booklet "Harassment in Organizations" in order to bring information to the whole community about how harassment happens and the ways to report it inside and outside the Federal Institute.

Prepared with the support of the National Union of Federal Servants of Basic, Professional and Technological Education (Sinasefe-SP), the material provides information and examples of moral and sexual harassment conducts, as well as channels to report abusers, be they servers, employees outsourced or IFSP students.

The IFSP values an environment of respect for human rights, which includes sexual rights. In this way, it does not agree with harassing behaviors and must offer shelter to victims and administrative referrals for investigating and applying the appropriate penalties to aggressors.
