Through notice no. 218/2020, the IFSP publishes the call for selection of projects aimed at promoting Technological Initiation with a focus on Economics 4.0.
The announcement aims to support the training of students from technical high school, regular high school and the final years of elementary school, from public education networks, in skills related to new digital technologies in the context of Economy 4.0.
This notice will select up to eight projects that will compose the IFSP proposal for participation in Call No. 03/2020 of the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo (IFES). It is expected to select projects with great potential to stimulate the interest and creativity of adolescent students regarding technological initiation.
Technological Initiation projects should focus on training in skills related to new digital technologies in the context of Economy 4.0. These new technologies are considered:
1. Programming of software and applications.
2. Virtual reality and augmented reality.
3. Prototyping of technological solutions.
4. Internet of things.
5. Artificial intelligence.
The Dean of Research and Graduate Studies (PRP) will hold a web conference on July 13, at 14 pm, to answer questions about the public notice. Follow the broadcast here. It is important that the public notice is read before the web conference.
