Pedagogical Residence and PIBID: registrations extended

For the Pedagogical Residency Program, students regularly enrolled in the IFSP undergraduate courses who have attended at least 50% of the course, or are studying from the 5th period. In order to integrate PIBID, undergraduate students must have completed maximum 60% of the workload regimental, among other requirements foreseen in the public notice.

The value of scholarships for graduates is set at R $ 400,00. The scholarship is awarded by CAPES, directly to the beneficiary, only during the execution of the Project.

 

Pedagogical Residency Program

The Pedagogical Residency Program is one of the actions that are part of the National Teacher Training Policy and aims to induce the improvement of practical training in undergraduate courses, promoting the immersion of the student in the basic education school, starting in the second half of the year. your course. The Program works to implement innovative projects that encourage articulation between theory and practice in undergraduate courses, conducted in partnership with public basic education networks.

PIBID

The Institutional Teaching Initiation Scholarship Program (PIBID) is a program of the National Policy for Teacher Education of the Ministry of Education (MEC) that aims to provide students of undergraduate courses with their insertion in the public schools of basic education. For the development of institutional teaching initiation projects, the program grants scholarships to undergraduates, teachers of public schools in basic education and teachers of HEIs.

PIBID fulfills the duties of the Foundation, Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), to induce and foster the initial and continuing training of teaching professionals, respecting the guidelines of the “All Commitment to Education Goals Plan”, and the principles established in the National Policy for the Training of Professionals in the Teaching of Basic Education.

Candidates must submit their application electronically, sending all requested documentation in a single file, PDF format, to the e-mail of the area coordinator of their campus degree. The electronic addresses are available in Appendix 1 of the Notice 202/2020.
