The Dean of Education issues a clarification note on academic activities and academic calendar in the face of Covid-19 Pandemic
In this period of the pandemic of the new coronavirus COVID-19, the entire Rectory, as well as the Dean of Education (PRE), has spared no effort and work to evaluate the possibilities of carrying out academic activities.
In this sense, PRE sought information from the campuses, held consultations and built scenarios with the objective of taking it to higher levels to support decision making.
In this way, documents and the draft scenario proposals were sent to the General Directors, Deputy Educational Directors (DAE), the Council and the draft draft scenarios, so that they can be analyzed for convenience, opening the possibility of notes in these documents or even the presentation of new scenarios, for later submission to the “Planning and Strategic Analysis Commission in the period of Calamity and Exceptionality - COMPARECE”, which will analyze and point out the best decision.
After the aforementioned submission, the PRE servers received several criticisms, so it decided to publish THE NEXT "CLARIFICATION NOTE".
In order to take these issues to the entire IFSP community, and thinking about the well-being of everyone, at this moment, we are making the documents available to the entire IFSP community, so that they can collaborate with the analysis and proposal of notes and new scenarios, which must be compiled by the campus for single delivery to PRE.
Refer to the DRAFT SCENARIOS FOR REPLACEMENT proposed by the PRE.
The deadline for delivery to PRE has been extended to day 21/05/2020.
