The event takes place between 2 and 6 March, during this period the campuses should promote actions (meetings, assemblies, campaigns on social networks, etc.) that stimulate reflection and discussion about the document.

In order to assist the work of the commission, the working group also made available a quiz which can be filled out by teaching, technical-administrative, managers, students and family members.

The commission includes representatives of students, general directors of campuses, assistant educational directors, teaching support coordinators and socio-pedagogical coordinators and its mission is to review the document that governs the student life of IFSP students.

The schedule of activities continues until July 2020, it includes work meetings and training, where the review committee must discuss and revise the document. The current Student Disciplinary Regulation was approved in 2017, by the Superior Council (Consup (Superior Council)), the document provides for the review every two years.
