The IFSP Dean of Education today published a Public Call which aims to attract support from legal entities of private law, with or without profit, for the holding of the IV Meeting of Librarians and ll Meeting of Library Assistants of the IFSP. The event will be held on November 26 and 27, at the Guarulhos Campus.
The meeting will be aimed at 75 civil servants, and will focus on the continuing education of librarians-documentalists and library assistants of the institution. The themes that will be addressed will aim to strengthen the professional activities of librarians-documentalists and library assistants, and will focus on the technical processing of the collections of the institution's libraries and the practice of the reference service, through the training of the various products and services. services offered by libraries.
Supporters will be able to provide support through:
I - Gifts for free distribution (pens, key chains, office supplies, books, glasses, mugs, returnable bags, etc.);
II - Food for the participants, including utensils and staff to serve, for two periods.
The partner will be allowed to disclose support through:
I - Registration of the logo in the specialized media of the event, electronic and printed;
II - Promotional space at the event, in the form of a promotional stand.
