Student, reset your email password “@ student.ifsp.edu.br"
In order to reinforce the security and privacy system of the accounts, we ask students who are having difficulties accessing e-mail @ student.ifp.edu.br or received a password change message in their personal email that they perform:
- Password recovery by Gmail: If you registered your mobile phone or personal email with Gmail to recover your password, use the Gmail recovery link from a computer or cell phone that used to access it before.
- Password reset by Suap: If you have not registered your phone and email to recover the password, it will not be possible to reset the email password via Gmail. This way, the password reset will be done by the SUAP (Academic System), described in Student E-mail Manual - "But my password doesn't work and I can't recover". As this procedure involves communication between the Suap and Gmail, to take effect, it can take up to 2 hours to sync. Therefore, after receiving the e-mail with the new code, if you are unable to access it immediately, we ask that you wait for this period to access the e-mail.
