The Portal of Journals, of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes), is a virtual library that brings together and makes available to teaching and research institutions in Brazil the best of international scientific production. It has a collection of more than 37 thousand titles with full text, 130 reference bases, 12 bases dedicated exclusively to patents, in addition to books, encyclopedias and reference works, technical standards, statistics and audiovisual content.

Cataloging Manual, approved by Ordinance No. 1.246, of April 05, 2017The manual aims to guide and standardize the creation and import of bibliographic records generated by the IFSP libraries.
IFSP Library Asset Management Manual, approved by Ordinance No. 2377, of June 30, 2020. The manual aims to guide the IFSP Heritage and Library Coordinators as to the procedures related to the incorporation of permanent bibliographic materials in the collections, to the procedures related to the non-return of heritage assets and the sale of assets, as well as the actions to be taken in cases of loss or loss of permanent materials in the libraries.
IFSP Libraries Collection Development Policy, approved by Ordinance No. 967, of March 09, 2015. The IFSP Libraries Collection Development Policy aims to make clear the guiding philosophy of IFSP libraries' activities with regard to their collections, and to make public the relationship of such collections with the institution's objectives.
